This hotel has marvellous location in a quiet area next to Tipton Lakes. The room is perfect and exquisite with 2 king beds.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close to restaurants as well as Columbus, Indiana. Recently renovated and decent sized room with super comfortable beds and a working TV and acceptable "white noise" level, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. What a comfy and magnificent location in a quiet area next to Tipton Lakes! 15 minutes walk from West Hill Shopping Center. Excellent and great meals.

Broken hot tub.

It was clean and comfortable.

We didn't expect to have to pay separate for breakfast. For the price we paid it was mentioned that it included a hot breakfast.

The morning staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We called the hotel to say we were running late and would they please hold our reservation. Without asking our name they said it would not be a problem. When we arrived shortly after 1:00 am my wife was told there was no reservation under her name, the receptionist asked where we had made our reservation and said maybe we were supposed to be at the adjacent Residence Inn. We told her no, the reservation was at this hotel. Finally, another employee who was too busy with her cellphone for the first 10 minutes of the ordeal came over and attempted to help resolve the issue, offering us a different room at a higher rate. Eventually it was discovered that my wife's name was misspelled in their system and there was a reservation after all. We were finally given pass cards to the room and upon entering found the room to already be occupied. We returned to the front desk and informed the staff that the room was occupied and was told it can't be. Oh yes, we said, it is occupied. We were eventually given a handicapped accessible room across the hall from the occupied room we were initially given. The first person we dealt with early that morning seemed to be a little out of it, to say the least.

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, near Tipton Lakes, and there are plenty of restaurants and other activities nearby. The rooms are large and comfortable, with comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and friendly, offering apologies and solutions when issues arise. They even provided an umbrella when it was raining during check-out. The location is perfect for exploring the Columbus area.

Our favourite, low-budget hotel in Columbus with exceptionally nice staff. A great selection of great food at breakfast time. Location just off a grocery store, Columbus, ind, and restaurants and the highway. The pool area is nice too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

We were moved to a king room with a double bed.

Convenient location near Brown County attractions. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Helpful with suggestions for things to do. Indoor pool open late. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows.

It was based in nice building in a good and perfect location, in a nice quiet area. And it was also just next door to Columbus, IN.

Can’t fault anything about it!

We had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard! When we arrived, the staff noticed that I wasn't feeling well and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Later in the evening, when we called the front desk for food options, they remembered I was under the weather and even offered to pick up food for us. This level of care and attention is truly rare and made us feel like family. The location of the hotel was also great, making it easy for us to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.
